- Yes. I prefer weekly customers because the lawn stays healthier and I can plan the route — but one-time cuts and pre-listing yard prep are fine when it makes sense.
- Monthly billing on a flat rate works for most folks. I invoice on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit billing is fine too — Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or check, whatever's easy.
- I run weekly routes across San Antonio proper — Alamo Ranch, Stone Oak, Helotes, Randolph Hills, Oak View Heights — plus Schertz, Converse, Cibolo, and Boerne on set days. Tell me your neighborhood and I’ll tell you which day the Ranger comes through.
- Yes — general liability on every visit. Happy to send the certificate over if your HOA or property manager asks.
- I push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You'll hear from me if it slips beyond that — I won't just no-show.
- Yeah — I program the controller around whatever stage we're in (Stage 1, Stage 2, etc.) so you stay in compliance and the lawn still gets enough. I’ll also flag heads that are wasting water on sidewalks, which is the #1 reason folks get cited.
